US RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
- Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe. If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us. The email is email@example.com. Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags and ribbon attached with no visible signs of wear. Please provide relevant photos to our Customer Care Team for review. Here is the email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the photos provided do not meet the standard requirements your order will not be accepted for a return. Each customer here must get a brand-new item.
- Special Occasion and Formal Dresses can be returned within 7 days from delivery date.
- All shipping fee ($7.99 each item) are non-refundable.
Do you offer free returns?
- We currently are unable to offer a free returns service. If we offer free return service, we must add this cost on price.
What items cannot be returned?
- Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
- Any items with a discount of more than 30% are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags) cannot be returned.
- Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
- In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is "In transit”.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
- Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt of the package. The email is email@example.com. We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products if you get damaged or defective product.
